Our strong background & experience in conveyors & material handling gives us a detailed understanding on all factors involved in the optimized conveyance of both the palletized products, as well as the empty & formed pallets.
Station Conveyor
This conveyor positions workpieces properly for secure gripping & accurate lifting by the robot hand.
Pallet Dispenser
The pallet dispenser is used for stacking & storage of empty pallets. When necessary, the stored pallets are supplied to the pallet conveyor one at a time.
Pallet Conveyor
This conveyor positions & stops pallets discharged from the pallet dispenser, and waits for palletizing to finish before transferring the loaded pallets to the Pallet Accumulation Conveyor.
Discharge Conveyor
This conveyor receives full pallets for which palletizing is complete, and temporarily stores the pallets until they are taken away by forklift.
In the case of bag palletizing, specialised equipment such as bag flatteners & bag-shaping conveyors are available to ensure that the palletized bags fit perfectly into well-formed & stable pallets.
Bag Flattener
This machine flattens bags uniformly for proper & even stacking on the pallet.
Bag End Effector with Tilted Pushdown
This unique end effector features a tilted pushdown whereby the bag is pushed down at an angle to ensure it stays in position. This is mainly required in high-speed operations & wherein mushy (soft) bags or products are palletized.
Bag Shaping Conveyor
This conveyor features an angled drop to "mold" the bag into a teardrop shape for which certain palletizing patterns require for greater stability.
Okura places a strong emphasis on safety in all robot palletizing system. Safety fencing & indicator lights are standard equipment for these systems to ensure against injuries to plant personnel.
Safety Fence
This encloses the robot's operating range to ensure the safety of the workers & other personnel.
Safety Lamp
This lamp is mounted on the safety fence for the indication of the robot operation status.
