The Caljan BeltTrack is a telescopic conveyor with a heavy emphasis on safety. Cover plates are mounted under the machine to protect your personnel against trapped fingers, and other pinch areas are eliminated with rubber & brush covers between sections.

The Caljan Safe Track is renowned for its flexibility of applicability with extension lengths from 7m to 12.3m, and handling of weights of up to 50 kg per metre length. The Caljan Telescopic Conveyor is also available in versions with extension lengths of 2m to 17m.

Operation is simple & user-friendly with a joystick at the side of the conveyor controlling extension & retraction, as well as the tilting angle (optional). Maintenance areas are designed to provide easy access, and thus reduce maintenance hours.

The Caljan ParcelTrack product line includes the Analyser Automatic. This is an automatic & self-contained system for dynamic parcel registration, where dimensioning, weighing & ID is integrated. The Analyser Automatic is easy to install in a process line, and can be combined with a Caljan Telescopic Belt Conveyor. Caljan Rite-Hite holds the patent for this Compact solution (Telescopic Belt Conveyor + Analyser Automatic).

Dimensioning of the parcels is carried out with a laser scanner system. Dynamic weighing is carried out by a digital weighing scale, allowing the weight of the parcels to be captured without stoppage. Overhead mounted barcode laser scanners read the ID regardless of the orientation & placement of the barcode label on the parcel. The above data are captured in real-time without any stoppage or slowing down of the conveyors.

The Analyser Automatic is a complete data capture solution optimizing space usage in hub & material handling system capacity. The solution also secures revenue recovery by fair value in billing (actual weight & volume), & provides better customer service by track & trace of all parcels.
